Full colour embroidered MACV-SOG Patch. MACV-SOG stands for Military Assistance Command Vietnam - Studies and Observations Group. The clandestine group was responsible for many missions behind north vietnamese lines as awell as in Cambodia and Laos. They also specialised in training local South Vietnamese in special forces tactics.
