WE's replica re-creates the externals excellently and while it may not quite emulate the finer texture uniqueness of the real steel it does have a slide and frame of metal and hefty internals giving it a good weight. Typical of WE pistols, the almost entirely metal pistol will no doubt be a robust piece.
Just like the real steel, a cocked hammer can only be fired by trigger pull when the magazine is inserted. Just like the real steel, the rear iron sight is a tangent type with markings from 50 to 500m which means nothing to an Airsoft pistol but is faithful to the original all the same. Due to the magazine-in-only type fire system the trigger does have a stiff pull but repeated use allows an operator to get used to that.
